We write to acknowledge the extraordinary efforts that your Re-lining Team went to  for us on Monday 2nd November 2009. We had a 15 metre long section of the property’s 300mm Earthen Ware Sewer Main which was recently damaged by a civil contractor and in addition, upon investigation, was found to have a major longitudinal crack along most of its length. After researching our options to repair or replace the section of pipeline, we settled into negotiation with Nu Flow to reline the section of pipeline with an epoxy liner casing.

Working from 0500 to nearly 1700 hours, we noted the determination of your Team (very ably led by Mr. Tim Archer) to remove any remaining debris in the pipeline, jet clean and prepare the pipeline, as well as the strict adherence to procedure in using your video equipment to verify each stage of the preparations. This gave us a great sense of the likely high quality of the finished result. On the day, we experienced unanticipated problems with high levels of effluent flow and other difficulties associated with the blocking and diversion of the effluent in the live section of this main line. The Nu Flow Team were admirable in their determination not to be thwarted by any of these distractions and persevered with the re-line until all was cured, hardened and finally, video verified to be a perfectly executed installation.

It is not common practice for us to write a letter such as this, but the efforts and results achieved under the most trying of conditions and circumstance warrant this recognition. We are likely to seek Nu Flow’s assistance with further such works on the property and will use this experience to plan the logistics of such future works.
